Henry Leeds has been
perfecting the art of matching human capital with corporate
cultures for more than 30 years, and achieving dramatic increases
in performance and profitability.
| As founder
and president of H.L. Leeds International, Inc., his signature,
science-based intellectual and emotional assessments have
made him a highly effective and sought-after executive
search consultant and business coach. He has an uncommon
ability to evaluate an organization and find the best
talent to implement change, enhance chemistry and minimize
turnover. |
| Leeds has
successfully placed CEOs, CFOs, COOs, vice presidents,
and directors of sales and marketing with a Who's Who
of Fortune 500, medium and small businesses. |
 |
| Citigroup,
Colgate Palmolive, Entenmann's, JP Morgan,
Response Media, Paramount Pictures, Geographics,
Interpublic Corporation, Biomatrix, and Viacom
are just a few of his clients. When a division
of Colgate relocated to Atlanta, he assisted
in recruiting 34 key personnel and his recommendations
on staffing kept turnover to 22 percent, far
below the expected 60 percent. |
| In
his first position after graduating from Brooklyn
College and spending two years in the Army,
Leeds took over the human resources department
of a new division of the Greyhound Corporation
and led it to $10 million in sales in the
first year. |
| By
the age of 29, he was running his own multi-million
dollar executive search firm in New York City.
He expanded his business in 1991 and relocated
corporate headquarters to Atlanta. |
| In
1998, Leeds added coaching to his resume to
accelerate individual and corporate performance.
He is a certified business and career coach
and member of several coaching organizations.
He also has taught leadership skills and conducted
group training for business and community
organizations. |

"My
own experience has taught me this: if you wait
for the perfect moment when all is safe and assured
to act it may never come. Mountains will not be
climbed, races will not be won and opportunities
to grow and change will be missed." |
